Eligibility: Credit Card Application's "You Apply, We'll Pay Your First Bill Up to $500” Contest (“Contest”), sponsored by CreditCardApplications.com (“Sponsor”), is open only to entrants who have applied and received credit card approval from Credit Card Applications’ official website. Entrants must be at least 18 years old to participate and must have been approved for a credit card account via Credit Card Applications’ official website. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Promotion Period: The Contest begins April 29, 2016 and ends May 29, 2016 (Entry Period). Entries received prior to or after the Promotion Period are not eligible for the Contest.
How to Enter: Contest is free and does not require purchase to enter. To enter the Contest, visit the website located at: www.creditcardapplications.com (the “Website”) during the Entry Period. Each entrant will be required to submit his or her name, e-mail address, date of birth and such other information as Sponsor may require. Each entrant will be required to complete a credit card application form and once approved, each entrant will be required to email email@example.com with the subject “I got approved,” and the email must include the entrant’s Full name and phone number. There is a limit of one entry per person and per email address for the duration of the Entry Period. All entries must be completed and received by Sponsor no later than the conclusion of the Entry Period. All entries are subject to verification at any time. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of entry. Sponsor will have the right, in its discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility in a form acceptable to Sponsor (including, without limitation, government-issued photo identification). Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of Sponsor in a timely manner may result in disqualification.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Credit Card Applications, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest.
SELECTION OF WINNER: One (1) winner will be chosen by random selection from all eligible entries received after every 100 approvals. For a selected entry to be declared a winner, the winning entry must satisfy all of the requirements as listed in these Official Rules. Winner will be announced on via email and must come reply on or before June 15, 2016. If a winner does not affirmatively accept his or her prize in writing or via e‐mail within 10 calendar days of notification, an alternate entrant will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Prize Winner will agree to permit Credit Card Applications to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
PRIZE: The winner will receive a prepaid gift card for the amount of the balance up to $500.00 for use towards their credit card payment. Credit Card Applications will report all Prize winnings to the appropriate state and federal agencies as required by applicable law. All taxes, fees, surcharges or liabilities relating to a Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. Payment of any federal state or local taxes will be the obligation of the Prize Winner, and any costs not specifically identified herein are the responsibility of the Prize Winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Credit Card Applications reserves the right to add, delete or revise these Official Rules as necessary without notice. These rules supersede any published advertising. Credit Card Applications is not responsible for any error or technical malfunction of any telephone, computer, or other equipment that prevents an entry from being made or received during the promotional period and reserves the right to disqualify entries which fail to follow these Official Rules or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Contest and redemption of any prize. Entries by ineligible persons, fraudulent entries, or entries created in error will be disqualified and an alternate entry selected.
